I bought a koodo prepaid plan and added the esim to may account but it would not connect to the koodo network at all so I wasn’t able to create a self service account. I then researched for 4 hours to figure out how to fix this but to no avail from these or other forums. Because of these issues, I want to go with a different provider. I am asking if it was possible to get a refund since I havent used the network at all. If not, can I atleast get them to cancel my auto top up. Lastly, I stupidly deleted the esim of my phone thinking I could try to reinstall it without knowing it would delete it forever. Thank you for help in advance.
