Hi

My plan is for 1 GB of data per month on a pre paid plan.

I also have 16 GB of promotional data for 24 months. ( I am currently on month 6 )

I have been offered to switch to a 3 GB of data on a pre paid plan.

if I accept the offer will I loose the promotional data allowance ?

Hi @Dee60, we don’t have access to Prepaid accounts so we can’t check the exact promotion conditions and eligibility but usually data add-ons are tied to specific plans. 

To check if the 3GB data plan is compatible with the 16 GB data add-on please schedule a callback through the Koodo Assist with the Prepaid team.
