Hi, I am an existing prepaid customer. Iwould like to switch plans to the current $29/20GB plan. I see if I do auto top up I get 5 GB more bonus data. I also see there is a promo code "15bonus24" so for 24 months I get a total of 40 GB data per month. Great!
My questions are:
1. Where do I enter this code after I change my base plan to the $29/20GB plan?
2. To confirm this bonus is not just for new activations only.

the promo code is only eligible for new prepaid customers, so you will not be able to add the promo code as you’re not applicable. However, you can still switch to the $29 20GB and have the auto top up 5GB bonus 🙂👍
That's a real bummer. Never used a coupon code at Koodo prepaid before and this promo seemed ideal. Would have been nice for them to extend it to current customers especially those moving up in a plan. Anyway, appreciate your help answering my questions. Cheers!
