So can the worker put restrictions on prepaid I was told by rep it needs to be under one name the billing is in TO ONT if there passowrd from them on account I cant add $ to it correct or can they pay koodo same way as the monthly billing post paid thanks

I’m not sure what you’re asking. But if it is your line, you can call #611 to add funds, or add them in self serve. For your self serve account you need a login and password. Once you add enough funds to cover the renewal, your plan will be active for another 30 days.
right now with post paid there is a pin on it if I dont know it they wont allow me to talk to them for Telus. so if theres a pin on Koodo account I dont know I may have same issue talking to reps
if theres outage or why line not going threw ets
