No data on prepaid esim


I purchased an esim for my iphone 14 while on vacation in Canada.  It was set up by the store, but I am not connecting to the internet.  I get no data at all.

Does texting and calling work? 

Texting works.  I’ve only tried one call and it did not go through.

When you say texting work, is it a green bubble or an imessage blue bubble?

Green bubble.

The APN is set to sp.koodo.com as specified.

Carrier is listed as Koodo 58.0

What is your prepaid plan?

The $15 prepaid plan does not come with data unless you enter your credit card for automatic topups
