new customer prepaid sim not working activated

I get a sim card from store and activate online but its not working no network

Didn’t get any support my sim is activated on 8 april still no network I changed phone retstart and re insert sim card

A rep should come and assist you with your problem. Is the e-mail on your community account the same as self-serve?
