Issue with Data Usage in my prepaid account

Hey,

 

I have an issue with data usage in my prepaid account.

I’m on 12 months promo since August 2023.

15 Gb of data for $45..

However, my data usage shows 7 Gb used and 0 Gb available.

Also my credit card was charged on March 27th $20 + tax for 500 Mb booster addon, but I didn’t order it.

There should be some kind of error in my account.

Please help!
