I bought a esim Prepaid plan yesterday from Koodo. I have not been able to get incoming calls. Everything else works, like I can text using the esim, I receive text, I can make outbound calls. But incoming calls not working. It goes straight to voicemail

Hi @amlana21, I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your incoming calls. Have you ported in your number to Koodo? Is the number transfer complete? 

Its a new number not a ported one

As we don’t have access to Prepaid accounts, do you have an alternate number you can use to schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist so you can get in touch with our Prepaid team?
