At 11 a.m., I contacted a representative to cancel another unused mobile number, but I haven’t received the confirmation email yet.

I requested immediate cancellation effective today. Has the cancellation been processed?

Have you checked the junk/spam to see if any email was sent there?

You could also call the number yourself. If the number is canceled, you wouldn’t reach voicemail or ringing at all.


Hi ​@selfselfself is the phone number on a different account? If so, please sign in with that account’s credentials if you’d like us to check and confirm the cancellation.

You should be able to confirm the cancellation yourself by signing in to your online account for that number.
