It's been since July that I've had my phone plan active, I had no use for it during that time. I had tried to log in to self serve to activate it to prevent the 3 month deactivation during that time but couldn't log in, and with it just not being necessary I didn't go to far into working it out. But now I would like to activate my plan again, I phoned and they couldn't reactivate my number. So just wondering if there is a way and I just need to try a but harder than asking the first person on the phone? Or if I can transfer the number to a different carrier? Thanks 

If customer service wasn’t able to reactivate it then you’d have to create a new account with a new number.

Usually they only give you 30-60 days or so. 90 days would be pushing it. After that the number gets set to go back into the pool of numbers for someone else to use.
