How can I talk to a real agent!!!

Hi

We’ve recently moved out of the country, but we transferred from Fido to Koodo.

My husband brought me back the new sim card of Koodo, but unfortunately I was late receiving the confirmation code.

So now I am unable to activate or pay for my Koodo phone and can’t go back to Fido, either. And I am not in Canada recently and I want to keep my phone number. 

What should I do??? I need to talk to a real expert, not a live assistant, not a person who knows nothing.

It sounds like you are trying to port your number from Fido to Koodo from out of country.

Is this correct?

Did you already initiate the transfer request using the steps here https://koo.do/PortIn?

If yes, replying to the 2FA received to the FIdo sim, is required for the transfer to complete.

If you no longer have access to the FIdo sim, you’d need to get in touch with Fido regarding the transfer process to Koodo.
