We’ve recently moved out of the country, but we transferred from Fido to Koodo.
My husband brought me back the new sim card of Koodo, but unfortunately I was late receiving the confirmation code.
So now I am unable to activate or pay for my Koodo phone and can’t go back to Fido, either. And I am not in Canada recently and I want to keep my phone number.
What should I do??? I need to talk to a real expert, not a live assistant, not a person who knows nothing.
