Please fix this problem. Every month on the prepaid plan renewal date, Koodo is lying about 100MB of data usage, so my wife only has 400MB to use for the month instead of the 500 we're paying for.  This has happened consistently for at least the last 3 months. There is no real data usage, just a technical glitch on Koodos end. And on the last day of the plan, the 100MB of usage gets recredited, but of course by then, it's too late to actually use the data.

Can you please fix this recurring glitch?

If it’s a smart phone that could be app updates, or phone updates that are set to automatic.


Thanks, but it's not the phone---we checked. It's always exactly 100MB, only the first day of the plan, and it gets automatically added back to the account on the last day of the plan (when it's too late)


Prepaid is run semi-separately within Koodo. Unfortunately prepaid support on this forum is limited. We can certainly help with general stuff, but something more technical support related not so much. I would use Koodo Assist to schedule a callback specifically for prepaid support and it will prompt you to pick postpaid, prepaid, or internet:
