So I am a new customer and I have an unused Koodo SIM card on hand, can I use that SIM Card to activate services online to waive the setup fee and SIM card delivery fee? Thanks

Depending where you got that card from? Is it a new unused card? If it’s an older card, how old?
You can use it to activate services early but you can’t use it to waive the SIM card fee online. That’s charged no matter what.
