Hello, I am trying to upgrade my phone with the current plan ($35 Dollars per month), but when I choose the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G from the Shop menu, I keep getting a message that says: “Your current plan is not eligible with Tab Basic. To proceed please change your Tab selection. Change Tab.”
Should I contact support? I just wish to upgrade my older phone, the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) to the Galaxy A15 5G. Can this be done Online or do I have to go to Koodo store in person.
