I have the long distance calling perk, I try to call long distance and it says I have to call *611 to activate it. I call the number then it tells me to go to Koodo assist. I go to Koodo assist which is about as useful as tits on a bull so then I schedule a callback which happens but then I don’t speak to anyone as it’s just silence for 5 minutes so I hang up and to schedule another callback again except this time I have to schedule one for tomorrow. Why do I have to jump through so many hoops for a product I have that should already be working? Fix your customer service system please as it is very frustrating and time consuming
Sometimes the callback call doesnt connect. it happens occasionally but majority of the times it works.
Did you get a text prior to the call?
When the callback occurred, did it have a message to wait for a rep?
Yeah I got a text prior to the call. It did say to stay on hold then went on hold for a minute then went silent with no one on the other side
Another option would be to try a return call to another number
