A couple weeks ago i was offered a winback plan that was a great deal, much better than the one i had switched too at freedom mobile, so it took me about a week to cancel my freedom plan and when i called the number that originally called me, the worker said that my account had no notes about being eligible for a winback offer. i have the call logs for the original call i received from the winback line and everything and have been on the phone for a long time. i cancelled my freedom plan to switch back but now im here without a plan. is there any way i could prove i was eligible for it?
