A couple weeks ago i was offered a winback plan that was a great deal, much better than the one i had switched too at freedom mobile, so it took me about a week to cancel my freedom plan and when i called the number that originally called me, the worker said that my account had no notes about being eligible for a winback offer. i have the call logs for the original call i received from the winback line and everything and have been on the phone for a long time. i cancelled my freedom plan to switch back but now im here without a plan. is there any way i could prove i was eligible for it?

Were you wanting to keep the same number though? If you cancelled your Freedom account you wouldn’t be able to switch it back over. It may also be a necessary part of the winback offer.
