In summary, I opened an account with 4 lines (including phones) on Black Friday over the phone, the rep lied about plan price so had to cancel and renew the account with new plans (also including phones).

Now, Koodo has arbitrarily decided to cancel all my lines (received an email notifying of cancellation) even though all I wanted was to cancel the former lines, not the new ones!

I have 8 phones now and no account! I’d really like to have my 4 recent plans reopened if a Koodo rep can help me please!

It has probably been flagged by the system. Are you logged in in th ecommunity with your SS account? 


Yes, I’m logged in with my account email. I’m wondering if a Koodo rep can help me reactivate just the 4 new lines opened recently (please not the former 4 lines I wanted to cancel).
