No, I have not. I do see it in my add ons, but if I go on my data limit, it shows that I only have a 4gb limit, which is what I have normally, and not 9gb.

Did you login to chedk it out in self serve? Was it there in September/October? 

Yes, it's there, it just doesn't want to show up on my phone limit. It was there back then too.

Sorry so you see the add-on there. But you said in your data limit it is not. Is that correct? 

When you say data limit, is this settings in your phone's data usage? If so you need to change this manually on your phone. It doesn't know your plan.
