Back in September, I got a text from Koodo saying I was going to get a free 5gb of data added to my plan for free, just for sticking with Koodo. I have never gotten the extra 5gb. How am I supposed to get my free 5gbs extra?

The bonus data should show as a $0 add-on in your account.

No, I have not. I do see it in my add ons, but if I go on my data limit, it shows that I only have a 4gb limit, which is what I have normally, and not 9gb.

Sorry so you see the add-on there. But you said in your data limit it is not. Is that correct?
When you say data limit, is this settings in your phone's data usage? If so you need to change this manually on your phone. It doesn't know your plan.
