Try clearing your browser’s cache and see if that fixes things
Clearing the cache did not work can you please add it to my account? I don't have time for this back and forth nonsense. It took me far too long to even get to this point. I appreciate your assistance but this self serve business is not helpful
It’s 10:36pm. There’ll be a bit of that likely until the morning when a rep will be on shift to work on it. I can flag a rep to assist with adding it since you tried clearing the cache and it still didn’t add.
