Could you please add VoLTE to my account? I'm receiving the error message "The number entered doesn't match our records. Please re-enter your number." When trying to get a verification code to setup for wifi calling.

I checked my add-ons on Self serve and noticed that VoLTE is not on there. Thanks in advance!

We could not identify an account based on the log in method you used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve option, as shown in the picture below and we would gladly look into that for you: 

 

 

Let us know when it is completed. 


The login may be working now seems I may have been too impatient with making the account separate from my koodo account

@Masonlwr it’s still not showing on our end, please try to log out and log back in using the method shown above. You can also try to open the page in a private/incognito window or with a different browser or device. Let us know if it works, thank you!


Hi I tried both these, for some reason it won't let.  Me log in this way. Even though I have no problem logging in to my self serve normally was having this same problem last week hense me making the account separately. Can we verify some other way?

 


@Masonlwr We cannot verify another way here but you schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist (timeslots are currently limited due to Black Friday) or send us a private message on Social Media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram. 


I believe it got it to work now under a new account here also made a new post with this new username attached to my self serve,
