Could you please add VoLTE to my account? I'm receiving the error message "The number entered doesn't match our records. Please re-enter your number." When trying to get a verification code to setup for wifi calling.

 

I checked my add-ons on Self serve and noticed that VoLTE is not on there. Thanks in advance!

Have you recently transferred your number into Koodo? has the number transfer completed yet ? can you make/receive call normally?

Some time ago and everything else seems to work great

Good observation, the account i used to make that wasn't linked to my koodo self serve. So they couldn't do anything for me, this account however is,  I made a new posting assuming that's the right move.

Hi thanks for the help I did that and I can see the addon in self serve however in still getting the same message unfortunately 

 


Have you tried resetting the network settings on your phone? 


Hey i just did, unfortunately same result very odd, this number was ported from pre paid several months ago, I wonder it if it's something to do with that ?


@Masonlawr we’ve created a profile for your number, please test to see if you can activate it now. However, we’ve also checked your phone model and it does not seem to be VoLTE eligible. You can find the list of eligible models here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/volte

If you do manage to connect, it’s possible you will be disconnected in the future as the network may detect that the phone is not eligible and block the VoLTE connection.
