Hi there, I changed my plan to Koodo from phone box telecom agency recently I added $0 unlimited long distance pack in my plan Is Korea included in this pack?? And can i do international call to Korea without any registering to customer service??
Im afraid that I will be charged for making international calls without registering

So Korea is included in the list of countries that are available with the unlimited long distance perk pack. As long as you're making the call from within canada, you will not be charged any extra money.
However, there are some restrictions to numbers that you can call that would get charged pay per use. A list of those numbers and more info on the long distance perk can be found in the link below. As long as the add on is on your account in self serve, you wont get charged anything extra.
