I am unable to select the free perk via Koodo Self Serve online.
I get the error message "It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now. Please try again in an hour. If you still experience problems next time, please go to koodo.com/chat.” I have tried multiple times over multiple days without success.
I am trying to pick the Rollover Data perk.
Please help. Thanks!
