There is an online offer by koodo but when i accept or start the process it says it cannot process it. This is the plan I have been waiting for to add line for my son.
Need help how to process that offer.

Hi
Do you get the message that it cannot be processed after you add the plan to the cart?
Hi
Do you get the message that it cannot be processed after you add the plan to the cart?
No, the message came when trying to add it to my cart.
Is this offer loaded to your account for adding a postpaid line? We’re not seeing an offer for your account that would feature this plan nor can we find a similar plan to activate.
Did you receive a promotional email or SMS for this offer or was it just loaded to your Self Serve?
It was just in my self serve when I went in to check plans. It is no longer there.
It was probably a glitch as we can’t find an active plan with the same characteristics. It’s possible it’s something that will be offered in the future, we’ll keep an eye out for similar offers.
In the meantime, if you were interested in a Postpaid plan, there is a $15 100 Canada-wide minutes with unlimited incoming minutes and 250 MB that is available for new activations.
Our Prepaid service is offering a $19 plan with Unlimited Canada-wide calling with a 500 MB data bonus when you register for automatic top-ups. You can find this and other Prepaid plans here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/prepaid-plans
This is disappointing.
If I could change my plan to this one and add a line with this same deal it would also work. Is there any way of doing that?
The $39 60 GB plan is available for new activations so you should be able to use this for a second line. Unfortunately, it is not available for rate plan changes for existing numbers. The plan is also not compatible with a phone tab and there is still an ongoing tab on your line.
The tab is what’s going to mess up trying to get a plan that’s for BYOD, assuming you can speak with a rep to get it applied to an existing line, vs opening a new one as explained. Otherwise it’s a $49 (44 after autopay discount if you apply it) plan to get something on tab. How many months do you have left on your tab?
10 months left.
Oof that’s bad timing. What you can do is look into your self-serve, and “change my plan” and see what plan options are available. There may be something better that allows you to switch to it while on tab. YMMV.
Otherwise you’ll have to wait until next year’s Black Friday, which would be a month after your tab ends, to get a better plan.
It is really about adding a new line for my son. I really wish the offer that I saw this afternoon was available.
