I am trying to “add the unlimited calling to 27 countries” free perk available  to my plan but i am getting an ice-cream error. Can this be solved?

I do not see  “pay-per-use international calling” in my account. Is this the reason? Can a Koodo rep please solve these two issues as this cannot be done by self-serve?


No, the PPU international calling add-on is not the reason for the perk issue. That add-on can only be added by a rep (not in self-serve). I will flag a rep to add it for you and look into the issue with perk addition.

We have completed a form request for the Unlimited Long Distance Pack to be added as the free perk to your number.  It can take 2-3 business days to add and will start with your next billing cycle.

@k1axax  Indeed, the PPU international calling was also added as part of the request. Sorry for not clarifying.
