Unable to load Apple TV with Stream +

Yesterday I tried to watch something on Apple TV which I'm subscribed to through Stream +. It would load the home page with previews etc, but if I clicked on a show it would boot me out of the app and I'd have to restart , only to have it happen again. I removed the app and reinstalled , but when I went to activate the app through Koodoo, when I click on watch now, it would only take me to the Apple home page and offer me a free 7 day trail , then I'd be charged $12.99 a month after that. I think I read somewhere in the media that Koodoo was no longer offering Apple in Stream +, but I have never been notified to that affect by Koodoo or Apple, and I continue to be billed for the original package , and it continues to appear in my add ons. What gives ?!
