I tried chatting with the Koodo Assist as well as calling the callback line. Both say reps are busy and unable to come to the phone and a callback can’t be scheduled. But isn’t that the point of scheduling a callback? I want to switch to the Cyber Monday plan but can’t do it on Self-Serve. Any ideas? Calling the line didn’t work and Koodo Assist is blocking all attempts.

Me too! I tried yesterday and today. A bunch of times. I simply cannot get a scheduled callback. If I can’t chat to a real person and can’t phone a customer service phone line (even if it means waiting on hold for a long time), basically you don’t have any customer service right now. I know you’re busy, but with time limited deals, I need service today (or at least get into some sort of a lineup for service, which “schedule a callback” is supposed to be). I can’t use self serve because I need a specific change to all four of my lines that can’t be done in self serve.
Unable to get a call back schedule. Please call me back ASAP. I want to cancel my account.

Can you you also clarify if you are getting an error when you try to change to it or are the plans just not available to you
