Hello!

I am looking to change to the cheapest plan, only to maintain my number, receive texts and calls. I moved to Europe so no longer need data. I have no Koodo tab and saw there’s $20 Bring your own phone, pay per use plan but can’t see it in my options when I try to change plan. How can I change to the cheapest plan possible?

Ok! i am abroad though and Koodo assist told me i cannot schedule call backs on International numbers..
do you know if i can schedule a call on Whatsapp? or any other way?
