I am trying to change my plan to an “exclusive to you” plan on Self Serve but can’t complete the process as I can’t successfully pick a perk. Each time I try to choose a perk I get an error that states, “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.” I have tried deleting browsing history and using a different browser but encounter the same error. This seems to be a glitch with the website or plan selection process, so I’m looking for help to resolve it so that I can change my plan.

Can you please share a screenshot of the plan you see in self serve? (please hide any personal info).

If you try to go with the change without selecting the perk, what happens?


This is the plan that I am trying to select. I am trying to select the International SMS perk with it.

 

It looks like it will let me select the plan if I don’t choose a perk. I haven’t tried to complete the full plan selection without choosing a perk though.

We have managed to get the plan changed for you, however for the perk, we have submitted a request for the perk to be added in the backend. It may take a few business days for the perk to be added.
