Hello,

trying to change the plan to 29$(34$-5$) with unlimited international calling add on for 2 lines, but I’m keep getting error for both lines. Attached screenshots. Thank you. 

 

 

Did you clear the cache and cookies on your browser?

Yes. I have. But no luck 

Have you tried using a computer instead?

Same issue in laptop as well.

Yea! I was able to change the plan without perks as the rep suggested. For the perk I was told he needs to create a ticket as he couldn’t do it as well. Thanks.
