I am trying to change my plan but no matter what I try to do with the perks (select a new one, keep perk defaulted to what I have, none selected) I get this error.

When changing the rate plan, it should present you with the option to Skip the perk selection. Let’s do that and let us know here after it is done. Also, let us know what perk you would like to select and we can add it from our side after the rate plan change.

Even when I try to skip selecting the perk it still gives me the same error.

Also, you already have an active perk, the $0 Unlimited International SMS and MMS. Would you like to replace it with the $0 Premium Voicemail? If so, the new perk will come into effect starting with the next bill cycle.

Yep I would like to replace it with the voicemail and move ahead with this change. I will enroll in auto-pay after the new plan is enabled.

We have changed to the desired rate plan mentioned above , with immediate effect. For the perk change, we have forwarded a request form and the perk will change from Unlimited International SMS to Premium Voicemail and will take effect starting with the new bill cycle.
We would recommend that you reboot the phone in order to refresh.
