Please help to change the perk to International long distance calling for my phone number ends with 15

i was not able to change it

Which error did you see? Have you tried to use the incognito/invisible mode of the web browser to see if that can hep?


No error message at all.  The website even confirmed that confirmation email has been sent, however, never received the email and the perk was never changed 


Did you clear the cache and cookies on your browser?

We’ve tried to add the perk from our end, however it wasn’t provisioned. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
