I tried to cancel my stream+ basic subscription. I clicked on Manage Now under Your Koodo Subscriptions. I saw my Stream+ Basic subscription. I then clicked on the link Manage for Stream+Basic. It shows a page with error message. I wonder if I missed anything during my cancellation process. Please help.

Can you please clear cache and cookies or try in incognito?


Hello, Flo. I tried to clear cache and cookies and tried in incognito mode. Nothing worked. It still showed the message as shown in the attached picture above.

Unfortunately, we have limited access here on community when it comes to subscriptions. 

We recommend scheduling a call back through the virtual assist so a rep can further look into it.
