I have two lines on my account. Both lines recently got new similar plans. However, one of them got the free perk added, but the other one gives me an error when trying to add it via self-serve.

Please add the international SMS to the plan that does not have the perk. Thanks.

We’ve tried to add the perk from our end but we were unable to. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
