My new plan includes one free perk.
I wanted to add this perk, the unlimited long distance perk (27 countries).
I selected this and click “Next”, but the system showed me perk not added.

Is there any solution?

Have you tried adding the perk with a different device and/or using a different browser?


Yes, tried different device and used different browsers, still show the same “no perk selected”.

We have looked into it and we can confirm the perk is already added to your line.
