I pay $15 monthly for add-on UL long distance minutes (US), but would I have the same service if I chose Unlimited long distance Pack as a free Perk???

Calls from Canada to US are included with the Unlimited Long Distance Pack perk. Just make sure your plan is a Pick your Perk plan and is eligible for the Unlimited Long Distance Pack perk.
