trying to chang my plan using self serve, telles me im unable to pick a perk right now
Hello,
I've been trying to change my plan to one of the available Canada-US plans. When I go to the pick a perk page there's a notification that says
With a perk already selected. If I hit continue it takes me to a page that says I can't pick a perk right now. If I deselect the perk and pick the same or another it takes me to the same page and if I don't select anything it takes me to a page saying I'm missing out on my perk.
I'm not sure what to do.

We can try to change the plan for you and then select a perk.
Can you please let us know what is the plan you want to change to and which perk you want to add?

We can try to make the change for you. Before proceeding, please note that the $5 autopay discount is currently applicable when you have a pre-authorized credit card as the payment method.
For the autopay discount, this should appear as of next bill if we change to the $70 Can-US plan

Thank you for your patience @Red3814 and sorry for the delay in response.
We have updated you to the rate plan mentioned above. We also summited a form request for the speed boost perk to be added with the new plan, however, the perk will be starting with the new bill cycle.
You would see the plan update within 10-15 minutes.
