Hello,

I've been trying to change my plan to one of the available Canada-US plans. When I go to the pick a perk page there's a notification that says 

With a perk already selected. If I hit continue it takes me to a page that says I can't pick a perk right now. If I deselect the perk and pick the same or another it takes me to the same page and if I don't select anything it takes me to a page saying I'm missing out on my perk. 

I'm not sure what to do.

Can you please let us know what is the plan you want to change to and which perk you want to add?

I am already on per-authorized payments so that should apply right? Assuming that is true I'm fine with that

For the proration if my math is right, me billing date being the 21st I should have 16gb until then? 

 

 


Also I'd like to confirm with theCanada-US plans I can use my phone like normal in the US with no roaming fees?

Indeed, there should be around 16GB to use until the end of the current billing cycle.

Yes, you can use your plan in Canada and US without roaming fees.

For the autopay discount, this should appear as of next bill if we change to the $70 Can-US plan

Thank you for your patience @Red3814  and sorry for the delay in response. 

 

We have updated you to the rate plan mentioned above. We also summited a form request for the speed boost perk to be added with the new plan, however, the perk will be starting with the new bill cycle. 

You would see the plan update within 10-15 minutes.
