I have a monthly plan that has Unlimited international messaging (text & picture) does that apply to sending as well as receiving texts while in the USA

+4Hi there! Everything that is included/offered in your plan is only valid while you are in Canada. If you leave Canada, you are Roaming and the rules/charges are diffrent.
