With Stream+, you can watch TELUS Films and Series, this doesn’t include TELUS TV

Oh that is strange.

From the website I assumed it did include Live TV channels on the TV+ app.

I think I found my answer in the article.

1. What is TELUS Films & Series and how do I access it?

Access hard-to-find TELUS originals, TELUS Presents, and STORYHIVE shows on TELUS Films & Series.

If you purchased Stream+, Stream+ Basic or Stream+ Premium prior to July 24th 2024, you can access TELUS Films & Series via the Stream+ web browser. You can log in to Stream+ using your existing Koodo Self Serve credentials.

If you purchased Stream+ Basic or Stream+ Premium after July 24th 2024, you can access TELUS Films & Series via the TELUS TV+ app, available for download on iOS and Android mobile devices, Apple TV, Android TV or on your web browser at telustvplus.com. Please visit telus.com/telustvplusapp for more information. You can access the TELUS TV+ app using your existing Koodo Self Serve credentials.

So Stream+ does include access to the Telus TV+ app.. which has all the live tvs shows . … ONLY After July 24th 2024 purchases.

They are all through Telus Films and Series.

Ok thanks looks like I need to cancel the service.. and resign up again to take advantage of Telus TV+app access since I subscribed earlier in the year.    

Which kind of strange.   Can’t Koodo just give access to existing customers?
