Hi ​@cddeschamps the second order was unclaimed so it was returned to us. We can see it’s marked as delivered. Once our warehouse team finishes processing the return the necessary adjustments will be made to your account.  

If you wanted to order a second tablet you can do that again immediately by adding another tablet line to your account or wait for the return then make another order.
