Hello,

I have paid off my tab and would like to change plans to a lower data plan. I have used less than 1 GB of data each moth over the last three. However, the option to go to a lower plan is not available to me. I would like to switch to the $37.50 at 2GB plan. Please advise.

You need to set up a call back and ask them to switch your plan to one of the starter plan.
