I used the self serve to switch plans from a $65 US-CAN plan to a $49 Promo plan. After I approved everything, suddenly it’s showing as a $70 plan, and now there are no plans showing. Did the promo expire as I was changing plans?
Did you refresh the page after changing your plan? What about logging out and back into your account?
Have you received the email confirmation from Koodo? It will let you know that the plan change went through.

I only saw it change when it went back to the plans page showing a $70 plan...obviously there’s no way I would have switched to a more expensive plan.
The system isn’t booking callbacks anymore...do they open spots in the morning or different times of day?

The plan option is gone now. If you look at my account, it’s showing I switched from the $65 plan to a $70 plan….I obviously would not have done that.
The only option I have is to go back to the $65 plan, which I have.
We were still unable to access the details on our end.
Can you please try again on a different browser, in incognito mode if possible?
