Wanted data, text, and call as I own a buisness but am going to see family in Europe. Unable to access self serve, I tried everything including changing my password, trying to re-register to self serve (was told I am already registered), changed browser, went incognito, signedin a hundred folds waiting hours/days between tries. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I wanted to add easy roam but added easy roam travel pass via text message. Tried to find out if the easy roam travel pass includes data as it is not very clear. Unable to remove this option (travel plan) to replace with the easy roam since I am not able to get into my self serve. This is beyond frustrating. I tried to get a call request but the chat just makes you run in circles and never actually provides a number. Hours have been lost because of this issue! It should not be this difficult to reset self serve OR get in contact with a real person. Please help!

So you can actually just text ROAM to 7626 and this will add easy roam to your account without the use of your koodo self serve. If you already have the travel pass on your account, then once it is used up you will switch to the regular daily fee of easy roam. More on this can be found in the link. Just an FYI the pass includes your whole plan, so texting calling and data.

An alternative to setting up a call back to fix your self serve is that you can message a rep through koodo's social media pages Facebook and X (Twitter). Links for those can be found by clicking the associated logos at the bottom of this page 👍
