 I have these subscriptions direct already and was just charged the other day for them.

The T&Cs do say you are charged in the succeeding months so that made me think you aren’t charged immediately in these cases….but it seems for people who already have these subscriptions you get double charged the first month?

When you go to the subscription section on your self serve do you see the receipts?

Is there more than 1 receipt?

From my experience, I was charged and was able to use my Stream+ the same day  (the 9th) and then the 9th for every month after I got my Stream+ charge


Sorry, have 2 posts on this. My apologies its getting confusing.

 

I haven’t added this to my Koodo subscriptions yet. I meant I was charged for these subscriptions with Netflix and Amzaon the other day (not Koodo).
 

If I sign up for stream to get the deal, I’m charged right away (If I understand correctly) so that means I get charged by Koodo and Amazon and Netlflix (as examples) this month….so unfortunate If I understand correctly.

My best bet then would be to wait another month (unti just before I would get charged by amazon and netflix again) and then add stream with koodo….?


Billing get’s paused when you sign up and activate stream+.

You can either contact each company (netflix, amazon, disney) and ask for a refund for the unused days, or, whenever you cancel stream+ in the future, then the unused days will be sitting there waiting for you.
