Stream+ stuck in purchase in progress

I tried to activate stream+ basic, on my account. I was comparing premium and basic prices. I thought I purchased basic, but premium came up. Also, under my subscriptions, pops up "purchase in progress". Called for help, nobody can help. Can anyone online here help? Thank you!

One note, I did not get any activation email on my account.

And I would like the basic and not premium services.

Purchased about 1 hr ago.

Just to confirm, are you looking to cancel the current Premium and subscribe to the Basic one?

Yes, I want the basic instead of premium subscription. 

As well, this is the error I get when doing anything with it online.
