Stream+ stuck in 'purchase in progress'

So I had the old stream+ (netflix, discovery, apple TV) subscription, and wanted to replace it with the new stream+ (netflix, amazon, disney+).

Last night, I cancelled the old stream+ service, which went through smoothly, but the new stream+ is stuck at ‘purchase in progress’ status.

I would like to know how long does it to be processed please.

What happens when you clear your browser’s cache or try a different browser?  Doe the same message appear?

Did you make the purchase last night as well?

Same message after clearing =(

Tried on 3 different devices (pc, phone, tablet) 

And yes, I made the purchase last night as well. 

I thought it will be processed during the night but I was wrong :p

I spoke with the tech support, and they have no idea what to do.

Spoke with them for about an hour, and they couldn’t do anything except saying ‘it’s not our fault.’

The second person tried to transfer me to yet another department, I just gave up, because I didn’t want to go all over again from the beginning.

Why not made it like the old one, which is charged on my monthly bill?

I’ll try calling again tomorrow, and if it doesn’t work, I’m done.
