Hello, 

I've noticed I'm being charged for stream + serves on my bill and also my credit card.  I was told when I sign up over the phone, it would cancel on my phone bill. I've now been charged double in the last 2 months.

We have looked into it and we see that both the Stream+ add on and the Stream+ subscription are active.

If you choose to continue with the subscription, you’d need to remove the Stream+ add on under Mobile Services → Manage Add ons to stop being billed for it.


This was my question when i was signed up, I never wanted to be double billed for the same service. I was reinsured that it would cancel it out, when I signed up over the phone with a koodo representative.
