I subscribed to Stream Plus and have been charged on my credit card for it, but still haven’t received any activation email.
Under Subscriptions it just says “purchase under progress.”

Thanks, I did receive them. Does my billing cycle for this now begin from the day it started working and not the day I was charged?
If you were already charged the cycle will be based on that day and the issue was for only 1 day.
I take it from this that you are always charged immediately? I have these subscriptions direct already and was just charged the other day for them. so it seems for people who already have these subscriptions you get double charged the first month?
The T&Cs do say you are charged in the succeeding months so that made me think you aren’t charged immediately in these cases….

I haven’t added this yet.
My concern is I have netflix and amazon already (direct with them) and was just charged for the month as usual.
If I sign up for stream to get the deal, I’m charged right away (If I understand correctly) so that means I get charged by Koodo and Amazon and Netlflix (as examples) this month….so unfortunate If I understand correctly.
My best bet then would be to wait another month (unti just before I would get charged by amazon and netflix again) and then add stream with koodo….
