stream+ is stuck in 'purchase in progress'

I just subscribed to stream+ and it has been stuck at ‘purchase in progress’ for a few hours. How can I fix this or how long does this process take? Thanks in advance.

@pauly.shearer Found your order. Very strange as we see hundreds of orders going thorugh without a hitch. Team is now looking at, as soon as we find the root cause we’ll let you know here. Thanks for your patience and understanding. We will fix this!
