Hi there,

I purchased the stream+basic plan on May 28th and was charged, but haven’t been sent any emails for activation or been able to use services. Is it possible to be refunded, or pro-rated once it goes through?

We have checked the status of the order and it’s still stuck.

As much as we want to help, we have limited access to Stream+ subscriptions here on community.

We recommend scheduling a callback with the virtual assist and ask to speak with a rep from the technical support team
